Approved Vendor List (AVL)
Consists of a list of company P/N's and its approved components (Manufacturer name and Manufacturer P/N). Also called PPL, APL, QPL item.
Example
A list that includes the company's internal part numbers along with the approved manufacturer names and their part numbers.
